By commissioning me you automatically agree to these terms.I reserve the right to turn down your commission for any reason. (may it be context of the piece, characters, ect.)**I do NOT permit my art to be used for any AI related programs. **I do NOT permit my art being used for NFTS.You always have the option to make a commission anonymous so that you won’t be identified as the commissioner which is free of charge. However, if you do not wish for the piece to be posted publicly I do charge an additional $10 fee.I do not want my art re-posted/redistributed without credit, if you would like to reposted in another location, please rightfully credit/link back to me.DO NOT under any circumstances edit my art without my permission.
I greatly discourage posting any of my art without a watermark, in case of art theft.All work I do for you can only be for personal use unless we’ve made an agreement for its commercial use. This must be discussed beforehand as the pricing will depend on that (logos, for example).I ONLY give out WIPs for larger pieces and only if requested by the commissioner (this excludes chibis/pixels/sketches ect.)I will edit a piece once if a commissioner sees an error (such as a missing bow, forgotten marking, small color edits). Any additional/larger edits will cost an additional fee. (changing the position of an arm)For edits, I WILL NOT completely redo a picture or do large edits. (for example, changing the pose) However I will offer the commissioner a chance to purchase a new piece if they would like.I reserve the right to artistic license on any aspect of the piece that you don’t give specifications for.I normally work off of visual references, I will charge you an additional fee for written descriptions.When working off of visual references I do charge an additional fee if you are frankenstein-ing. This includes giving me multiple links for hairstyles/clothing styles/ect instead of a solid character image to referenceI DO NOT accept any NSFW/adult references unless it is for an adult piece.I can stream your commission if you want, but if you only want me to work on your commission during those times, it may take longer to complete. Just let me know and we’ll work out some sort of scheduling for the stream(s).I WILL draw mature/adult rated pieces, however I will charge an additional fee unless stated (this includes fetish pieces)I WILL NOT draw underage, scat, waterworks, hyper inflation, extreme chub/fat, or extreme muscle. (Having a bodybuilder type or heavy character is fine, but I won’t draw anything outside of normal anatomical limitations).I do allow my art to be resold with a character HOWEVER you may only sell my art with a character for the price you paid and not any current prices I may have available.I do NOT allow my art/designs to be resold if it was a gift by me.I will attempt to finish your commissions in a timely manner, however I do have times where I will get very busy and go on hiatus. If you wish to get a refund, I only allow refunds if I am 6 months late on a commission.I do not give full refunds on any work that I’ve already started. Partial refunds will be given for pieces I have not yet completed, and the amount depends on how much I have done.

GIFTING - TRADING - RESELLING/VOUCHERING
Designs may be traded, gifted, resold, and voucheredVouchers can ONLY be the worth of the original price of the design + any commissions that YOU have been purchased.Once a design is traded, you may resell for the original price of the design + any commissions that YOU have purchased. NOT the value of the thing you traded to obtain said designPrices of the designs can be appraised by me, or if it is a CS, can be found in their respective masterlist.Designs received as gifts CANNOT be resold/traded without the permission of the gifter.
EDITING
Any and all design edits must be approved by me!Do NOT edit on top of my art.When regarding MYOs, please ask the artist of you intend to edit on top of their work.
REGARDING CLOSED SPECIES
Twins can be created but cannot be separated!In regards to the rule above, I do NOT acknowledge co-ownership and will side with the person who has the ORIGINAL character profile on TH.
COMMERCIAL RIGHTS & USE
These designs are meant for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are not permitted to make a profit from these works.
If you'd like to purchase a commercial right, I am only open to it if it is NOT a CLOSED SPECIES, edits can be made with further discussion.
